I'm a tattoo artist, graphic designer and founder of Minuit d'Orsay. This blog brings together my inspirations, projects and reflections on design, tattooing, photography, fashion, architecture and the places that feed my work.

Because these disciplines share the same fundamentals. Composition, typography, balance, materials, light, colour — whatever the medium, I'm always trying to build something coherent that holds up over time.

After several years in tattooing, I wanted to explore something else — graphic design. Minuit d'Orsay creates visual identities, websites and art direction for brands, venues and independent projects. I continue to tattoo alongside it.

Minuit d'Orsay brings together several things that matter in my journey. Minuit (midnight) evokes the hours when I'm often most creative, when everything is quieter and ideas take shape more freely. D'Orsay points to Paris, its quays, its architecture, its museums and the whole artistic imagery tied to the city.

The name also marks an important step in my path: after training in graphic design at Ynov Aix-en-Provence and several years devoted to tattooing, I wanted to bring these two practices together. My interest in graphic design never went away; it now complements my work as a tattoo artist naturally.

With Minuit d'Orsay, I develop visual identities, websites and art direction, while continuing to tattoo.

I currently split my activity between tattooing and graphic design. Based in the south of France, I develop projects between Avignon, Paris and London, depending on collaborations and each project's needs.

Beyond sharing the same first name, I admire her career and her work. Her arrival in Paris marks the start of an exceptional creative period, where Art Deco, architecture and decorative arts meet. That pursuit of balance, composition and elegance influences my work today, whether in tattooing, graphic design or art direction.

Alphonse Mucha is one of my main sources of inspiration. I admire how he composes an image, works the lines, ornaments and details without ever losing legibility. His world goes beyond illustration: it brings together art, architecture, typography and the decorative arts. This approach influences my large tattoo compositions as much as my graphic design and art direction projects, and the subjects I share on this blog.

Yes. Everything published here is personal. These are my own observations, my experiences, the references that shape the way I work. No sponsored content, no placements.

No. Large projects hold an important place in my work because they offer a lot of freedom in composition and allow a whole universe to develop across several sessions. But I also do smaller tattoos. Some people enjoy admiring large pieces without wanting to wear one themselves. A small tattoo can carry just as much meaning: a memory, a life stage, or simply an image someone wants to keep with them. Every project gets the same level of attention, whatever its size.

Art Nouveau and Art Deco are two movements that deeply influence how I see things. I find in them a sense of composition, the treatment of line, the balance of forms and the importance given to detail. Their architecture, posters, objects and typography continue to inspire my tattoos as much as my graphic design and art direction projects, and the subjects I cover on this blog.
